Work was a little slow today, with routing issues effecting testing, and meetings getting in the way, although I managed to use some of that lovely bandwidth to download Solaris 10u4 and Oracle 11g, coming in at about 4Gb each.

I managed to negotiate online timesheeting with my agency so now I don’t have to get two signatures and scan stuff etc. I got paid for last week and have sent off this week’s invoice, so weekly pay is back on woohoo!

I sent a couple of DVD’s off to JP, so hopefully they’ll get there between the two postal strikes, and the possible closure of work’s Post Office. I haven’t got my snooker balls yet.

Update: just watched The Hoax, about a Howard Hughes autobiography scam, based on actual events and influencing the Watergate scandal.
