Just watched The Reaping, which was an okay Exorcist-meets-DaVinci Code kind of movie.

After all the hassle, it looks like I might get Dad’s GPS tomorrow or Friday, the same goes for my RAM, which got cancelled and re-ordered!

I overclocked my P4 to 3.4GHz, but it was unstable – it seemed to have video issues. So I’ve put it back to 3GHz now as with the hot weather you really don’t want to overclock.

Bloody slow day at work today, I refuse to believe it’s only Tuesday today. I’ve even already invoiced for this week’s work!

Mum & Dad are coming over to England on Thursday to pick up their new car from Liverpool, so we’re meeting up at Nanny’s on Friday. I’ll probably stay with Nanny until Sunday afternoon. So that’ll be nice. I don’t think the GPS will have arrived by then.

I phoned up and spoke to Dad earlier, he was at my house as he’s worried about Brandy the cat as he seems to be nearing the end of his medicine but he’s still weak and skinny. The dog from the people opposite is still making a racket too. Mum’s been cleaning my house a bit as its getting damp and mouldy from being closed up.

Mum’s been filling up my new freezer with stuff so she can sort out her freezer a bit. Once the Tesco shopping arrives I’ll probably go to Asda to get some last minute stuff and some stuff for myself as I’ll know how much room I have in the car then. I guess I’ll pack my computers etc. on the Monday ready for Tesco on Tuesday, then Asda on Wednesday.

Been a pretty boring day so far. I went to the pub but it had a really bad atmosphere – like all the staff had just heard they were fired or something! it’s raining so I didn’t get the car washed.

I just watched The Breed, which had some really bad reviews but I thought was quite good – about a bunch of college kids stuck on an island full of genetically-modified killer dogs. It was an old-school horror movie and reminded me of movies like Piranha or Killer Bees, and you know straight away who is going to die.

I’m getting very cynical about work at the moment, plus everyone’s on holiday so its hard to get much done, and I’m getting screwed around by the agency and their payment practices, or lack of them. But I guess it won’t be my problem in 2 weeks! I’ve been getting lots of calls/Emails from French agencies lately, and BE.

I’m so bored tonight that I’ve actually enjoyed doing my washing and cleaning my room! I might unpack my Xbox 😉
